Kuadra provides digital reports, templates, and related services that help businesses understand how AI agents may find, evaluate, and transact with them online. You can contact us at admin@kuadraai.com.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website, purchasing a digital product, or requesting a service from Kuadra, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from this website, including the Privacy Policy and Refund and Return Policy.

3. Products and services

The current paid product is Don't Get Filtered Out — The Agentic Commerce Readiness Report, a digital PDF report sold as a one-time purchase. We may also offer related assessments, consulting, or implementation services by separate agreement.

Product descriptions, included materials, pricing, delivery timing, and any limits will be displayed on the relevant sales page before purchase.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment processor shown at checkout. We do not store your full card number on our servers. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any taxes, currency conversion charges, or fees charged by your bank or card issuer.

5. Digital delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically to the email address used at checkout or through a download link shown after purchase. If you do not receive access within 24 hours, contact admin@kuadraai.com with the email address used for purchase.

6. License and permitted use

When you purchase a digital report or template, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal or internal business purposes.

You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, or upload the paid materials to public repositories, marketplaces, or training datasets without written permission from Kuadra.

7. No professional advice

Kuadra materials are educational and strategic in nature. They are not legal, financial, tax, security, or compliance advice. You are responsible for deciding how to apply the material to your own business and for consulting qualified professionals where needed.

8. Refunds, returns, and cancellations

Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund and Return Policy. Because the current product is a digital PDF, physical returns and shipping do not apply.

9. Promotions

If we offer a discount, promotion, or trial, the terms of that offer will be shown where the offer is presented. Promotions may be limited by date, quantity, eligibility, or other stated conditions.

10. Intellectual property

The website, brand, reports, templates, copy, structure, and related materials are owned by Kuadra or its licensors. Except for the limited license described above, no rights are transferred to you.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website or materials, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, use the materials unlawfully, or represent Kuadra content as your own product for resale.

We may link to or rely on third-party services such as Stripe, email providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, or external source materials. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or policies.

13. Disclaimers

The website and materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the materials will produce a specific business result, revenue outcome, search ranking, AI-agent recommendation, or compliance outcome.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kuadra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the website or materials.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when the latest version took effect. Continued use of the website or purchase of products after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
