Refund and Return Policy

1. Product type
The current paid product, Don't Get Filtered Out — The Agentic Commerce Readiness Report, is a digital PDF report. No physical goods are shipped.
2. Delivery policy
After purchase, the report will be delivered electronically to the email address used at checkout or through a download link displayed after payment. Most deliveries should happen shortly after payment confirmation.
If you do not receive access within 24 hours, email admin@kuadraai.com with the checkout email address and any Stripe receipt or order information you have.
3. Return policy
Because this is a digital product, there is no physical return process. You do not need to return anything to request help or a refund.
4. Refund eligibility
We want customers to receive the product they paid for. Refund requests are reviewed case by case. A refund will generally be approved if:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- You paid but never received access, and we cannot resolve the delivery issue within a reasonable time.
- The file is defective, corrupted, or materially different from the description on the sales page, and we cannot provide a working replacement.
- A refund is required by applicable law.
5. Situations where refunds may be declined
Because digital products can be accessed and copied immediately, refund requests may be declined when the report was successfully delivered and the request is based only on a change of mind, lack of time to read it, or disagreement with the strategic viewpoint.
6. Refund request window
Please request any refund within 14 days of purchase. This helps us verify the transaction, troubleshoot delivery, and resolve issues quickly.
7. How to request a refund
Email admin@kuadraai.com with:
- The email address used at checkout.
- The purchase date.
- Your Stripe receipt, payment ID, or any order information available.
- A short explanation of the issue.
If approved, refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Stripe or the payment processor used at checkout. Bank and card processing times may vary.
8. Cancellations
The current report is a one-time digital purchase, not a subscription. There is no recurring billing to cancel. If Kuadra offers subscriptions, reservations, or recurring services in the future, the cancellation terms will be displayed before purchase and this policy should be updated.
9. Shipping policy
No shipping methods, shipping rates, tracking numbers, or shipping destinations apply to the current digital PDF product.
